I have A 2006 KTM85 SX BUT DOES NOT HAVE SPARK WHEN I TRY TO START IT

Bad gas cap, not allowing air to enter is one possibility. Other is bad ignition coil/module. Check for spark immediately at failure.

Brand new from the dealer? Don't mess with it if so, make them fix it. From what I've read, it may just be the fuel mixture is too rich.

-Always follow its repair manual. Do not thrush any body.

Check your spark plugs and make sure that they are not fouled, wrong gap (too wide), bad, poor condition and check the spark plug caps to make sure they are still tight. Also, do not give it throttle when starting, you can flood the engine. You can throttle it 3 or 4 times before trying to start it and this may help. You might try different choke positions too.

Yes, it IS possible to put electric start on a 2006 KTM 450 SX, but, it's about $800 to get it and get it all set up...

well it could be because the bike sat for a while. with the 2 stroke gas being mixed with oil sometimes when it sits the oil sinks to the bottom and it will clog the valves fuel lines carb every thing. you should check.
