How do you close Internet Explorer 8

I have to use the Task Manager.
Everytime I close a window it causes an unchatched exception and then it recovers and opern another window even when I unclick the restart explorer button.

I have had this problem too, download another browser like Netscape of firefox. That is only if you are past system restore.
