Re: amp

There may be a loose connection, or the fuse in the amp just simply isnt high enough for the input your speakers need. try changing the fuse for a higher one, if the fuse wasnt good enough to cope with the output this could cause the amp to shut down.

cheers, adam

In my display is says 3-03 when ever i plug in my rca cables and no sound comes out?

From Page 7 of your manual... this is indicating a grounded speaker wire (blown voicecoil).

It has shut down to prevent damage. Disconnect the speaker wires from the amplifier and power on the amplifier again. If the error persists - you will need to have the amplifier repaired.

Check the voicecoils for proper imedance.

I have a 2500 watt legacy ice amp and im tryin to hook it up to two 900 watt rms soundstreams daul voice coils whats the best way

If you amp is 1 ohm stable you can run + to +, - to - on each voice coil. Wire them into the box. Run +'s to +'s on amp, - to - on amp

Other wise. If it is a 2 ohm stable amp, you run two 4 ohm dual voice coils to the amp + -, + -

If the subwoofers are 2 ohm, run + - on only one voice coil to the box for each and run + -, +- for 2 ohm load on amp or + - bridged for 1 ohm load.

I hope that makes sense.

Trying to figure out what kind of amp i got amercian pro vs-3507?

The VS3507 Is a class D monoblock.
Your optimum wiring for this amplifier is a 2 Ohm load - so it produces its full potential power of 350W RMS.

To Achieve a 2 ohm load, the most common load is one of the following...
(1) Dual 4 Ohm Voicecoil Subwoofer Wired in Parallel.
(2) 4 Ohm Voicecoil Subwoofers wired in Parallel.
(1) Quad 2 Ohm Voicecoil Subwoofer wired in Parallel/Series.
(1) Single 2 Ohm voicecoil subwoofer.

ICBM-DIGITAL MONO-Channel 2000W AMPLIFIER speaker much

Look into competition lines of different manufacturers.... Massive Audio DMX, Soundstream, Atomic APX, Incriminator Audio Death Penalty Series, Kicker Solo X etc. In car audio, you have to pay to play. Dont expect a 100.00 subwoofer to take 2000W continuously.
Massive Audio offers a no questions asked warranty. Even covers blown voicecoils!

Aplifier gettieng protection signal and excess heat

for that amplifier, it is recommended that you are driving a 4 ohm load. It can drive a 2 ohm load, but will produce more heat and shorten the life of the amplifier. Is the subwoofer a single or dual voice coil? You'll want to make sure that you're not running below a 2 ohm load or you'll always go into protection. Also, try disconnecting the speaker wire completely from the amp so nothing but power is connected. If the amplifier is still in protection mode when no speakers are hooked up, then the amp is bad and will need repair or replacement.
