I do not know the diameter of the inlet pipe on the range itself. Does this matter with regard to the diameter of the supply pipe from the tank to the range?

The FixYa User guide for this range tells me nothing but basic dimensions; no info on gas piping sizes.

I installed Goodman equipment in my new house, but i will be using propane for heat and the furnace gas valve is for natural gas. I have heard that there is retrofit kit to conver the valves to propane.

there should be a supply house or a supply store that deals only with heating and air conditioning they should be able to help you . but i believe you need your epa license

Gas stove need to switch to propane

Hi,

Hotpoint supplies the orifices and instructions with each range for converting. It is just that it is hidden, they attach it to the gas regulator. The regulator is near the bottom back typically. Here is a cut out from your use and care manual.

CONVERTING TO LP GAS (or converting
back to natural gas from LP)
This range leaves the factory set for use with natural
gas. If you want to convert to LP gas, the conversion
must be performed by a qualified LP gas installer.
The conversion instructions and LP orifices can be found
attached to the range next to the pressure regulator.
Keep these instructions and the orifices in case you want
to convert back to natural gas.

What is the cause of carbon Build up? does it happen due to improper mix of oxygen? How can you cut down Carbon build up in fast pace professional kitchen resort?

Yes, You are correct on the carbon build up being incorrect air gas mixture. I would suspect a yellow flame rather than a blue flame. You may want to lift the top up and look at the place where the burner mates with the manifold. You may find grease build up, blocking off the correct air mixture. The burners usually can be lifted out to assist in the cleaning of the air intake.
