Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3c Cellular Phone
When I have a voice msgs, I go to the inbox the I press # key and a voice tells me to punch in my password. Well, now when I try pressing the # nothing happens and it continues on to leaving a message.
Why cant I access my password?
Have you noticed this problem in any other automated systems??
You phone has something called DTMF tones. That is what automated systems read when you press a key. Your phone has an off a short and a long option in your initial set up menu. It should be set to long to work in an automated system.
