Bernina deco 600 + magic box

Where can I get training on how to use my bernina deco 600 embroidery machine and magic box software? I live near Secunda in Mapumalanga?

It could be that there is a loose piece of thread, or some fluff which is obstructing the tension gauge. Try blowing around the theading area (or even run the hoover pipe near it to see if you can **** it out). I cleared mine by folding a piece of non fluffy material and rubbing gently between the tension dial and machine.

Not sure if you found anything out, but Deco 600 uses PES format only.
If you have the software (Deco Wizard) sometimes you can change it to PES and save the design.

Yes, I need a manual for the Bernia Bernette Deco 600. Following the death of my daughter, My grand daughter said she did not want any of her mom's sewing equipment. I kept them for her and now she feels she would like to have the embroidery machine. However, we were unable to locate the manual for the deco 600. I have bernina deco 600 and I would like to be able to download patterns from the internet. This model doesn't have an U.S.B port. I also have a deco wizard box.
you can download your pattern on your computer and use your magic box to open it with and place it on the card...i have a Deco 600 also. it is a lot of work to write the design on the card each time but it does work..I have a magic box and card..i am not familiar with the wizard box...

Top color thread showing on bottom of embroidery on a Bernina Deco 330 embroidery machine
Upper tension is too loose or lower tension is too tight.This might be a good thing. It depends upon how much it is pulling the thread under. A perfect tension on embroidery is about 2/3's lower thread and 1/3 upper thread showing on the bottom.

The original software for these machines will most likely not run on a newer computer. So if you find the software you will face this dilemma. You can use one of the multi format card boxes from sewing companies if they do not have a deco 600 style ask for the Brother embroidery machine it is the same card.
