I am unable to turn the saw on.
Check to see fi you have power at motor itself. if you have power at the motor check the reset button most single phase motor have a reset on the back of motor for thermal overload if not it is internal and you may have to replace the motor or have it repair by a motor rewind shop
Replace switch check wires connection the over heat censer on motor ect if there is a fuse on that saw I have NEVER HEARD OF ONE

try there web sight, if I'm not mistaken, Delta bought out rockwell and they should be able to help. I had an old rockwell table saw and the man shaft that the blade attached to was missing.I contacted delta with the model number of the saw and they faxed me a blue print of the shaft and we machined a new one and the saw still works great.
