Personally I think the best way to tell if it is good for you is to test it yourself. If you currently use Aspartamine chart how you feel for 3-5 days. Then stop using it. 30 days later chart how you feel for a few days. Then re-introduce aspartamine charting how you feel for a few days. Make your decision off of that information.
I did it and I no longer use any artifical sweeteners. Not even stevia.
