Question about RIM BlackBerry? Curve 8330 Cellular Phone
I have a video I recorded about 60MB total on my Blackberry 8130 Pearl, I have recorded videos this long before on the phone and they have worked, some of them send a message stating "The media being played is of an unsupported format" which to me makes no sense. I have taken the memory card out and imported them to my computer, but it says Error: 2048 Couldn't open the file VID 00086.3gp because it is not a file that Quicktime understands. When I check properties it has the file as VID 00086.3GPP I have tried every convertor out there I just do not understand why this is so. Any help or even a phone number for Blackberry support or any company that repairs these types of videos would help. thanks.
It is possible that these videos have become corrupted and will not run you could try to download some codecs to your computer and see if that will make these run but that is about the best that can be done in these situations.
