- we have a 2 year old kitchenaid that goes through the entire cycle but when we open the door the soap taplet is not desolved and the dishes are not clean...- elsaez

- hi, we've got a smeg dwi710 dishwasher with a problem of the detergent dispenser not always opening, have used the manual release button and opens fine without sticking but for some reason when in wash cycle, doesn't always work. the machine is about 4 years old and isn't often used as there is only 2 of us and was here when we moved in. many thanks in advance. - detergent door opens but soap is not all washed out of the soap dispenser, even tablets are only half disolved and still in the dispenser. Have tried tablets, powder and liquid. Mostly Cascade soap.. Tablets are Electrosol.- Guest
