Hi,

Check out the reason for the wall getting wet or damp. Its pure physics and nothing to get worried about.

The economical self-contained Breezaire Cooling unit.
The wall under the unit is wet - breezair.jpg
Both units are mounted through the wall, exhausting into an adjacent room.
Size of unit determined by calculating the cubic feet of the room.
This unit CANNOT be exhausted outside or into a garage.
The room where it will be exhausting to must be a conditioned room so that the heat can be dissipated. The amount of heat exhausted is very similar to that of a large refrigerator or freezer.
This unit will keep the room at 55 degrees, and it will provide 55-70 percent humidity. The humidity is created when the air passes over the condensate drain pan, picks up the moisture, and introduces it into the air.
This unit does not require a drain However, there is a hose located underneath the Breezaire that needs to be monitored. In certain conditions, there may be excessive condensation. When this happens, the drain fills up faster that the unit can dispel it into the air. If not monitored, the drain pan will overflow and leak into the wall.
From a small closet up to a 2,000 cubic feet wine cellar, there is a Breezaire self -contained, through- the-wall refrigeration unit to fit. Breezaire is the oldest and most respected name in wine cellar refrigeration. Standard models and prices are listed below. Electronic units and split systems are also available. The units are mounted in an opening in the cellar wall and exhaust into an adjacent room.

A leaking heater core will allow water to run out of the case under the dash and pool under the carpet.

Unit is running, but not getting water to trays, water coming thru water line to unit ,and I cleaned 1st wire filter.

It could be the solenoid where your water line comes in from the wall and sends it up to the freezer. Follow your water line to the bottom of the frige it could either be in the back or the front. Might try looking under the fridge to see if you can see it that way.

usually in the middle underside of the window units is a hole that water drains out of, you can always drill new holes in order to make it drain, Good Luck Tim

All of a sudden the airconditioner started filling up with water and the fan blades started spraying water out of where the air comes out. The unit is draining from the back.

Try cleaning out from under The evaporator (front) coils towards the back so the water can drain underneath the front coils towards the back
Make sure the unit is tilted a little towards the back
Clean drain hole in back too.

It leaks water from underneath

If the water is coming out from under the fridge and you have a water dispenser or automatic ice maker, then I would suggest that you pull the fridge out from the wall and check the water tubing going to the back of the fridge. The tubing is connected with a compression fitting (a special nut that compresses the tubing to the fridge. There may also be a few more pieces of tubing on/in the back of the fridge with these fittings. Place you fingers on each fitting to see if it is loose or wet. If you find a wet or loose fitting, take some pliers and tighten it (snug it up, but not too tight because you can damage the fitting. Dry up the water. Watch the fridge for a while to make sure the leak is stopped. If you can't get it stopped, or if it gets worse, you can cut off the water (there should be a valve under a cabinet next to the fridge, or under your sink). You can get a replacement fitting at Lowe's2_bing.gif and they can tell you how to install it if necessary. If you have water pooling under your fridge and it goes up to the wall, then you should check on the other side of the wall for water also. This happened to our fridge, but we did not see the water in front of the fridge because it ran to the back of the fridge and under the wall into our carpet on the other side. Wet carpet is how we discovered the problem.

Front passenger side carpet getting wet

The AC evaporator units have a drain hose that runs through the floor because condensed moisture is a fact of life with AC units. Yours is plugged. You will have to get under the vehicle and look for the hose where it comes out, then take like coat hanger wire and clean it out, It is somewhere in the vicinity of where the passenger foot well meets the fire wall. If you have to raise the vehicle to get under it, make certain you have it safely supported. If you don't have the stuff, drive the passenger side wheels up on a good curb and use some cardboard to slide under.
