It would only ask for a password if you set one up.

The best way is to try and reset your CMOS. This a chip
inside which holds the password details. If you feel comfortable enough, open
up your laptop and look for a battery (try under the keyboard), similar to one in a watch. Unplug this,
and leave it for 10 seconds and then try plugging it back in. If this doesn’t
work, call Fujitsu up and in some cases they can give you an administrator
password to override this issue.
