If the airbreather filter is dirty it will use more fuel than normal.

Tecumseh 13hp overhead valve snowblower engine starts fine than sputters and dies, replaced the carb with new and exact same symptoms, Lots of fuel at the carb.

Make sure the fuel is good. Ethanol laced fuel starts to varnish after 20 days and is no good by 30 days, it also attracts water. Be sure you have good fresh fuel, then try a new spark plug.

What Oil so I Need for a Toro lawn mover 6.75 HP ?

I think you are talking about a Toro pushmower with a 6.75 Briggs motor on it. If so; it is a four stroke motor and requires 10w-30 motor oil.
If it has a dipstick then its a 4-stroke. If there is no way to add oil to the crankcase and no way to check the oil level then its a 2-stroke ( ie. lawn boy and some really old snapper pushmowers)

you need to replace the needle and seat as the fuel we burn now damages the rubber so it doesn't seal

I started my lawn boy mower model 10642C near the cage part on the side it started to smoke and smell like something was burning.

This is the exhaust port. If you over primed it before starting, it will smoke and smell like burning oil.

I have the same one and I've done that before.

Lots of smoke and oil comming out the exaust . only 1 and a half year old

Has fuel with oil accidentally been mixed to the fuel for this mower? We have had mix oil accident get added it to this lawn mower and it will smoke a lot with 2 cycle oil.

Unless you are certain no oil is mixed with the fuel I would drain and clean the fuel system.
Replaced the spark plug with the new and replace the air filter In addition ensure you do and oil change every 30 hours using a high grade 30 wt oil to include make sure it is not over full.

Hope this tip helps.

Flooding and missing firing in engine

Sounds like you have multiple problems.
First fix the fuel problem- rebuild the carb including new needle and seat.
Hopefully that cures everything but if it still runs for a while then misses and dies I would suspect the module.
spark plug gap is .025-.030
