What is DC input KVM3002 power Volt

What voltage is the AC ? 120V 60 Hz ??

however if your AC power is 240 volts 50Hz you need to keep looking !
What is an electric houndi - is it a electric cord screw ? this is my guess ?
Important note the 6v DC and the 80mA current rating on power AC- DC pack. If there is any marking on your Houdini similar make sure voltage is 6v DC and current is 80mA or less .

you will need a 6v or six volt power adapter to use a house hold electrical outlet. You can use it in your vehicle if your adapter can convert 12 volt dc to 6volt dc

You can use a multi voltage mains adapter for your Omron. These are available at electronic stores ot on the Internet. Make sure it is a DC adapter and switch to 6 volts also make sure the power connector is set correctly to the polarity of the Omron power socket.

One note is the power plug going into the radio appears to be atypical in polarity. The center appears to be negative ( - ) instead of positive ( + ).

just find the dc sucket and you can find what volt you need to use.maybe its, 6v 9v,12v.just look at the polarity.

you need a voltage doubler circuit which feeds from your 6V DC system and converts it to AC and steps it up and converts it to 12V DC. This device might be difficult to find. OR use a 6Vdc power inverter and just use a 120volt AC fan if much easier to source out in your area.
You might want to try a 12VDC high speed fan and see if the 50% reduced speed is already sufficient for you.

...please add a DC 5V~9V, 100mA~1A to the power jack. The power jack polarity is center positive.

yes you did! you overstressed the components of the radio plugging a 6V instead of a 3V adapter!
