Question about Symantec WinFax Pro for PC
Hi, cause of that is there is a file missing but is already installed,
Just try to remove is first in the control panel, click start button, then click control panel, click the add and remove program, then remove the installed printer driver,
Then restart your computer to take effect, after that, re installed your printer driver, plug the printer when you install the driver
Good luck !!!

WinFax users can go to a support forum at
http://www.getfaxing.com for help. It has helped me a lot.
Make sure you use a controller based modem with Winfax. No soft or win
USR5686E works great. There is also an internal version. See Modems 101 at
www.usr.com for more info. ver 10 wont work on xp , you need at least ver 10.2 , check their website
for and upgrade .
Thanks for contacting Fixya
