You need to make the USB first boot in BIOS, or use the boot menu selection. Both are noted during start up.

Then there is the issue of the USB install is it bootable? You need software like Novicorp to make an USB Installer. gl

Try the system restore option. If you cant access it in Windows then try it in safe mode.
Reboot the PC.While in the boot mode hold down f8 key. This will give a menu with "Safe mode" option. Choose safe mode, hit enter let it load. While in safe mode go to system restore and then chose a date prior to the problem.

The hard disk has died, replace it and reinstall windows using someone's else disk and your key.

try to reload the again if it persist then using a new window xp sp3 disk.

Go To START >..ACCESSORIES .>. SYSTEM TOOLS >..click on ..SCHEDUAL TASKS and delete any tasks that concern Paretologic

make sure you got the right drivers for your unit... specially if your using operating systems that exactly supports that drivers you 've loaded with...

Go to HP's website and search the model number of your PC. You will see options for downloading the drivers for it.

Have you try installing the driver for your pc?
