Where is the pzv valve located on 95toyota 4runner?

Fernando, there is little that can be done to the valve as far as service. It exists in an ugly environment and deteriorates. Just replace it.

timing is not right,you need the correct timing marks for it,you will have to redo job over again,get a Haynes repair manual,it will show you the correct timing marks

In the main fuse box under the hood, there should be a black 80 amp. Check and replace that fuse.

Engine stall or RPM fluctuates at idle.

This problem is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner (do not use carburetor spray cleaner!) from NAPA or Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30 minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base idle control

It is located near the rear axle and looks something like the photo above.

If your 4Runner has an automatic trans., then it has a modulator valve located on the trans. itself (should have a vacuum hose connected) and whether it's automatic or standard it will have shift linkage that connects the shift lever in the car to the trans's shift shaft.

check for a vacuum operated heater valve located on the engine side of the firewall. This black plastic valve has a vacuum line to it as well as hot water inlet hose from the cylinder head and a heater by pass hose. The vacuum line may be off, but even if you have good vacuum to the valve, the internal diaphragm may be torn--so no operation of the valve and no heated coolant to the heater core. I you have a vacuum test tool (a small vacuum pump with a gage) you can test and see if the valve will hold vacuum. If not, the diaphragm is damaged and you will have to replace the valve.

It is difficult to access but it is possible to remove i use an extra long needle nose pliers
