Need setup code for DTX9950

I would like to program either my: Phillips TV remote or Toshiba SD-5980 DVD player remote for use with a Digital Stream DTX9950 converter box.

Is there a setup code available? What code do I need to enter into either remote to gain control of the digital converter box?

Or is Digital Stream and Radioshack eliminating this infor from the internet to force the sale of replacement remotes?
