Ok
When you power up if you can see any dispaly press F8 key when you power up then enter in enable vga mode .
Then go to dispaly property in control panel change screen resolution to 1024*768 then aply ok then retstart.

But if you cant see any dispaly on monitor then open cpu cabinet and then

: First pull out RAM clean it and its slot then refix RAM then check if still porblem occcurs.

: Reattach ATX power supply it is from smps to motherbord.

Pull CMOS battery cell for 15 minutes from bord so all bios asettinbgs are reset then check .
Also check all connection to harddisk are ok.

Do you get any display at all?
Remove the card reader and the external device and then try boot.

Let me know the status

Thanks

Blue led of touch pad not working ( hp pavilion dv6000)

The blue LED on the touch Pad is an indicator light for the mouse and touch Pad lock and un-lock.
If you have mouse control, you do not have a sending problem from the sold state touch pad.
If you can enable and disable the mouse with the switch on center of pad, it may just be a led gone out.
I would check all led’s on unit to see if you may have other problems.
example: Cap lock, number lock, DVD and Touch display on top of keyboard and wireless Lan.
If you are running any external devices, disconnect them and reboot unit, afterwards check device manager for flags.
This led is a simple 2-pole unit but not worth the time and trouble to replace.
If your unit has other issues, check with HP and see if you can have them warranty the repairs. Keep in mind, HP has a extended 1 year warranty on issues such as Wlan, Hinges and Power startup problems.
Good luck, email their tech support with the issues ASAP, as they will log your issues and later review them for repair.
I had a 6000 which was 6 months out of warranty and had contacted HP for information on a wireless issue and they reviewed my past complaints and decided to have unit repaired, at no charge.
Good luck
