Question about HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I've never had a problem with my fax/scanner until recently when I changed the color ink cartridge. When I put the new cartridge in, I now get a "remove and check color cartridge' message. I have tried everything. It is in correctly but I still get this message. Now, I can't use the darn thing. (Eventhough there is black ink)
What do I do?
Try removing the black and see if the error is still there. If it goes away the black is bad, if it stays you got a defective new color cartridge.
