The windex will dry out, I am sure. But it may take 5 to 8 days!
So, I suggest you just let it sit for a few days. It should clear up. You can try it each day and see if any progress has been made, but depending on how far into the electronics the windex went, it will take longer and longer to dry out.
If the problem still persists, order a replacement screen.
