Depending on other things that you have set up, you may be able to log in as the "Administrator"
Try the following.
If you have not assigned a password to the system administrator account, this will get you in.
You should see a login that asks fro your username and password.
Then you can go to users in the control panel and re-set the password on your other account.

if you failed to logon throgh administrator... then some software is restricting to logg on. it can be a virus.. try to repair your operating system. thre are some softwares that can break software by using boot option.. search software on internet if not format the operating system
