Question about Whirlpool GHW9100L Front Load Washer
If you say new is that brand new or a few months old
Take off the water connection at the rear of the machine and check the filter which inside the valve opening. (Turn the water off at the fawcet first and switch the machine on as if to do a load which should reduce any pressure in the pipes , just in case put a cloth around the connector when you unscrew it).
If that is clean call the company out as it is probably a failed fill valve
