I have a Toshiba harmon/kardon model M35 S320. The screen is not too dark to see anything, but it looks as if it is set on dim...I cannot find a setting for the brightness. what can I do??

On the keyboard should be an fn button usually by the ctrl button.
At the top of the keyboard there should be a button that looks like a sun and has a arrow up or down.
Now combine the fn+the sun button.

Hope this helped.

How to generate Response Code for challenge code for bios on m35-s320

Please Note:
For some reasons it could happen that no PC Serial No. and Challenge Code will displayed instead of "Not Certified" appears. In this case remove the AC-adapter and the battery for a short time and try it again.

3.Please make the payment below or contact me
My Skype : haisung4344
VERY IMPORTANT
Do not power off the computer once you provide us with a Response code. There's a unique Response code .
Don't turn off your notebook, don't restart it, don't enter anything except generated Response code.

Toshiba M35 S320 touch control buttons have stopped working. How do I fix it?

The TouchPad is enabled by default. To change the enable/ disable TouchPad setting: 1 Click Start, Control Panel. The Control Panel window appears. 2 Click Printers and Other Hardware. 3 Click the Mouse icon. 4 Click the TouchPAD ON/OFF tab. The TouchPAD ON/OFF tab view window appears. 5 Select Disable or Enable, whichever is appropriate. 6 Click Apply. 7 Click OK. The Mouse Properties window closes. 8 Close the Printers and Other Hardware window. 9 Close the Control Panel window.
However, still if it does not work, you need to download drivers for touchpad. Here is link to download the drivers for touchpad. Under the "All categories link choose Touchpad"

Replacing M35-S359 motherboard with one from S320?

If the M35-S320 case is OK and the M35-S359 screen is OK and will fit the M35-S320 then I would swap the LCD screen lid and inverter over to the M35-S320 including the hard drive from the M35-S359.
It would be less work and with luck it might boot up, if not you might be able to do a system repair, worst case, you will need to reinstall Windows. Plus you have a spare drive from the M35-S320 which you can use as an external hard drive with an USB hard drive adapter case.
