Problem for Rancilio Silvia Espresso Machine

Machine is not dispensing coffee. If the portafilter is empty, hot water comes thru. But once it is filled with coffee nothing comes for several seconds, then all I get are a few slow drips. Machine is only a couple months old. Steam wand seems to be working fine.

check grinder maybe is too fine ,go litlle bit courser and try
