I have not used my visor lite 159 for a little while. The device seems to pair with my phone but when making or receiving a call I can here the other person but they cannt hear me. I have tried other handsets but the problem is still there. Is the visorlite fixable?

I had the same problem as you. I took the following steps to solve it.
- Powered off both devices. - Turned on the Supertooth by holding the powerbutton until light alternates red/blue. - Turned on phone, enabled bluetooth. - Went to Connectivity->Bluetooth->(right)->options>"New paired Device".
It finally managed to pair the device. Had to enter pincode (0000, which is default for all supertooths).
Turn the bluetooth car kit off, by pressing the MFB for some seconds. Now, press and hold the MFB until the blue and red leds blink simultaneously. Then, if your phone's bluetooth radio is off, turn it on, and make it search for other devices (check your phone's user manual for further details). When the Visor Drive is shown, select it to be paired, and if a pairing code is requested, enter '0000'.
Hope it works for you.
with the phone's bluetooth active
press button to turn the seal device
press blue button on seal device
on phone, select pair new device
when the seal device is found, use code 0000 to pair the phone to the device..
next time you connect, turn on the phones bluetooth and the seal device. press blue button on seal device. it should automatically pair.
When the pairing process between the E71 and SBH650 starts, try immediately to hold down, or press every half a second, the central 'call' button on the SBH650 - to force the SBH650 to think it is pairing with a new device. It took me 5-10 min of playing about in a similar situation, but eventually the SBH650 cleared it's 'memory' and the '0000' pairing code worked with another telephone... however, I have never managed to pair the SBH650 with OS 3.0 upgraded ipod touch 2nd gen.
Just hold down the green dial button on the speaker open the speaker slide to power on the unit hold the green phone button down for two to three seconds the light will flash from blue/red continuosly and then pair it from your phones bluetooth menu.
