LCD's won't power up

Hi,
I have 2 lcd monitors. One will not power up or do anything at all, the other powers up but does not display a picture.

Do you think this could be an easy fix? Any advice?

The LCD not displaying a picture may just have a back-light issue. You can verify this by turning on the display, taking a flashlight and pointing it at the LCD then looking at the area that is illuminated on an angle and up close (1" - 2"). If the picture is visible then it is a back-light. You either need an LCD back-light inverter or the back-light itself.
