Sometimes the wireless gets turned off by accident. Usually if you hold down the function button (Fn) and press F1 or sometimes F7 it will turn the wireless back on. Look at you F buttons along the top in blue you will see little pictures find the one that looks like an antenna

You need to check first if the wireless switch is turn on. You cann see that infront or the side of the laptop. If it is on, check the function key for the wireless. Some computers have function key. Sometimes it is combination of fn and f5. Press those keys at the same time and you should see a pop up window and check if the current status is on. If it is on, uninstall/reinstall the wireless driver in device manager. and restart your computer. If this didn't work. You need to do re installation of your operating system.
