Question about Computers & Internet
I have an Acer Aspire 4920. I just noticed that my Acer Media Touch are not functioning anymore. They respond or lighten up, but when I touch them, they fail to perform their function. Example, the play/pause button does not play/pause my Windows Media Player. I last used those media buttons about two months ago and they were still working. Lately, they do not work anymore. How do I solve this? I want to make those buttons work again. By the way, I already did other suggestions like removing the battery and unplugging the power cord from the notebook for hours to reset it. Sad to say, the Acer Media Touch is not yet working. Does this have something to do with the installation of Windows Vista Service Pack 2? Thank you very much and have a good day.
Try to re-install the Acer media touch and update your machine's bios to its latest version. (you can download it from the acer site --> www.acer.com/support)
