our xp version is sp2 & we have facing problem ntldr file is missing when umax astra 5600 scanner is conected. please solve the problem immedate

change the boot order...in bios
Make first boot disk is hard disk..i think it is know with removable disk
2.CD-rom/DVD-RW
save the settings restarts then connect u r scanner
