Just scroll down the page for Audio drivers for both win XP and Vista, click on the blue version number to download the one you want.
Note : Incase you have win XP,some people has issues installing the xp driver with sp3 installed, the driver seems to work with only sp1 and sp2.So if u have SP3 and unable to install xp driver, do one of the following. 1) Uninstall SP3 and install SP2 and then try installing the driver for XP 2) Download Vista driver and install it with windows compatibility mode set to XP SP2.
In order to install the HD Audio driver, you have to install the Microsoft HD Driver (Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio. that said, here's the XP driver for the sound:
toshiba are only supplying vista drivers for your laptop however there is a way to get the right sound driver you need to find out what model is your sound card the best way to do that is to download a free software called AIDA32 once installed on your laptop it should tell you what model your sound card is then just go on the sound card's manufacturer's website and download the right driver i think yours sounds like realtek. another way of finding out is to go to www.driveragent.com it scans your laptop and tells you what drivers are up to date and what are not it also tell you which drivers are missing and gives you a link to download the right ones this is not a free service but it's good value for the money i use it all the time never let me down
