a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. goodluck!

My suggestion is to hard reset the phone making sure you have backed up your contacts and images and music files. by reseting the OS on the phone reinstalls the software. If this does not work and you are still having the same key pad issues you'll have to get in contact with you network provider or the manufacture of the phone.
To perform the hard reset
Type *2767*3855# into the phone (the last four digits may appear as *'s or /)
when done without SIM this will clear any phone security codes in place and
reset to default. This is 00000000.It also clears
and eliminates any software bugs in the ROM flash (samsung's factory flash is
rubbish!) as it forces a full reload. Its always best
to do this SIM out as it discharges all the circuits and resets antennas and SIM
reader power cycles. ALL DATA IS LOST
*2767*3855# type this into the main screen on your phone and then press call it is a master reset. i have just tried nthis oin ym samsung u900 and it solved my problem :) Obviously if you have anything on the phone that you want to keep you will need to remove it as the master reset delets everything but it worked for me :)
press the red button on the side to open camera mode> click the little menu button (this should be the right hand button when you use your phone normaly)> scroll across to the very last option (this should be settings)> click okay> scroll down till you find an option saying shutter> click okay> chose none and click okay to exit it.
if this doesn't work put your phone in silent/ meeting mode
i wouldnt call this a problem so much as a slight inconvenience, it just means you have to go thru one more screen before you get to your phonebook, if you dont want to have to scroll down to the option everytimejust press the number 4 one your keypad. there are otherways to avoid this. from the main screen got to addr. book find the contact and under options select send msg.
in short there is no way to turn this feature off or change the numbers.
When sending text messages on the samsung soul u900 there is a tone sounds for every message sent, can this be disabled and is so how do you disable it, its so annoying!!!
Is this a tone that is played when the screen says 'message sent'?
If so try editing your profiles. In the menu for every profile (with the exception of silent i think) there is an option for phone sound volume. Try putting that to zero......
If its the one that plays becuase you ask for a delivery report of a sent message then you cant silence that without silencing all text messages.
You can reset all your settings by resetting your phone(By doing your data in phone will be deleted.....
To reset dial *2767*3855# ,it will reset your phone to factory mode. To save your data, please backup your phone..... Thanks
