Question about Whirlpool GR399LXHS Electric Kitchen Range
After using the clean cycle, now I have the "LOCK" on the control panel. I have tried everything to get it unlocked so I may use my oven. What do I do?
The clean cycle heats the oven to a very high temperature to burn off the dirt. The oven stays hot for a long time after cleaning. The stove will lock itself as a safety feature for several hours until it cools down. If this goes on for more than 4 hours after the clean cycle is over, call the Whirpool Customer Care number (in the US, I assume): 1-866-698-2538
