Thank you for your advice but I already have Japanese IMEs. If I change it to other language, I can't get mails and send them in Japanese. I also can open webpage in Japanese too. Only problem is I can't install CD Rom of Japanese language such as Paint Shop Pro Japanese version. Thank you for your time.

How to upgrade my os?

Which OS would you like? Vista, XP Pro, Windows 7?

If you would like any of these microsoft applications, you will need to access and get a list of compatible OS's for your system.

The older the system, the harder it will be to upgrade with your existing computer.

You may need to purchase a newer computer with a newer OS.

My toshiba satellite l300 isn't working whenever i turn it on it gives me the option to use start up repair and if i do use it it brings up an error report and if i don't my computer restarts, HELP!

You need to do a clean install of windows with the disc provided when you bought the PC if you do not have them go into repair and select restore computer to factory defaults to install from a saved image from the hard drive.

You can buy Windows XP at many computer stores or online. Here is a link to an eBay seller in the Philippines, where you appear to be from:|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318

Then you need to install Japanese fonts and the Japanese IME using the Windows xp disk.

Hope this helps
