SOURCE: T5530 chargers

Read the back of the transformer and see what the output voltage is. Find another transformer with something within 1-2 volts of what the broken transformer is. If you are lucky you will find one with the same size plug, if not you will have to change plug. Any transformer within 1-3 volts over will work.
Most people have them in junk drawres.

Can I charge a tablet with a cell phone charger?

You should check the Voltage and Amperage rate of your tablet's charger, should be same of cell phone.
If you've lost your tablet charger and you are not sure, don't do it. You might fry some circuits of your tablet by Voltage overcharge
Ask someone with a similar tablet for this info, It is on any charger

I have the Motorola T5530 Talkabout and I have charged them and I cant get them to work. Can I get a manual somewhere as I have lost mine. Tks

Here is a link to the user guide: http://www.giantintl.com/ContentManage/manuals/Moto/T55xx.pdf

You might start by checking the frequency, code and Qt filter (if any), to be certain they are set alike.
