Question about Novatix SendPhotos Gold Edition (2113012) for PC

All mail stays in the outbox.

After I bring a photo into the program and put the address on it and hit send the mail sits in the outbox and goes no where.

    my photos will not leave the outbox - they seem to be hanging up. Also, there was an update button for novatix that takes me to a Cyberhawk Firethreat site. I have run spybot to see if it's a trojan virus.

I think the problem lies with Internet explorer. I was using Send Photos with no issues - upgraded Explorer and suddenly couldn't use it any more - photos would stay in outbox. I had to switch from yahoo mail to Outlook express and then it would work ok.

The reason for this is likely because you have your home ISP (internet service providers) SMTP mail server in the setting for your mail account.

In order to fix this you need to change the SMTP outgoing mail server to the outgoing server at your new location. Alternatively call your ISP and they should be able to supply you the exact SMTP address that you should use.

Problem NOT 3 tablet. when hitting send.. message goes to OUTBOX..not familiar with outbox..cannot release message to send. stays in outbox, message unsent..

Your problem is not with the tablet but with the email client. You need to connect the client on the tablet with a valid email account that you have elsewhere. The email account will have details to help you do this.

Google Mail won't send, goes to my 'OUTBOX'

With the limited information you have provided, the best thing I can recommend is going to Mail preferences (click 'Mail' on the menu bar, right next to the apple icon at the top left corner, and then select 'Preferences...'). Then go to the 'Accounts' tab, select the problematic account on the left and then click the '-' button at the bottom of the screen. This will remove the account and any settings you have saved for it. After you've removed it, click in the '+' button and fill in the information in order to add your account again. Your messages will be downloaded (you won't lose any of them in the process) and if the problem was caused by a setting, it should be fixed now.

Can't send mail

I am assuming that you are using some kind of Email client - the most likely problem is that your client is not properly configured to send mails - hence it is parking the emails in outbox until can make a connection to the internet and then to the email server.

- Please go through the manual of your email client and check your configurations.

Most times it means you do not have an internet connection... so the emails sit in the "outbox" until gmail has a connection to the internet. Once it does, it will send the emails in the "outbox"

Please help i trying to send an email to my brother in the usa who has a email account. evertytime i try to send it i get an error message as follows cannot send mail the server rejected one of...

Open your 'outbox' folder -- there might be one message "stuck" there, due to having an invalid ID.
So, every time that you open your E-mail program, it tries again to send that same message, and, of course, fails to send it. So, just DELETE that E-mail, since it repeatedly cannnot be delivered.

In Outlook Express, it continues to send older messages each time you send an e-mail. It also does not include them in the Sent file. What can we do? I just ran a new version of Norton 360 2010. ...

delete the old failed messages out of the outbox.. delete ALL messages from the OUTBOX.. if they have failed previously or are too big they might sit there, then every time you go to send a new one or hit send/recieve to get new ones, it will try to send them again.

I cannot send email to using yahoo account

You must allow your router access to send out mail. other wise it will keep the messages you send in the outbox. go to your router setup or type your router ip address in the internet browser and manually enable the port 465 you may have to goto applications and games tab if you have a linksys router. Also enable ports 80 for internet,25 for simplemail transport protocol (SMTP),110(e-mail),443secure (bank account information) this will allow the router the proper ablity to send and recieve e-mails.

increase the server time out under Tools > email accounts > Change > More settings > Advances > Increase the server time out to 3 minutes

E Mail send problems

Initially all messages you send will go directly to the outbox first. Automatically though it should send after a while. Sometimes it could take up to an hour. If you want it to be sent at the exact moment, just press the "Send/Receive" button and that will shoot your mail from the outbox.
