Have you tried installing AVG? It is a free program that works great. It is available at www.avg.com/free
Also spybot search and destroy is an excellent anti spyware program avaiable at www.Spybot.Search-Destroy-Download.com

go tot this website and do a live scan http://support.microsoft.com/easyassist download microsoft defender and follow directions afterwords go to malewaere bytes.com and down load their software and do a deep scan.
