I GOT THE NUMBERS OF THE BACK OF THE AUDIO VIDEO PLAYER AND FROM ON THE SETTINGS ON IT..

You need reset the master reset on your wifi ...
In the event that your ARCHOS freezes or does not respond anymore, try to reset
it: press the button for 15 seconds (the ARCHOS will shut down completely)
and turn it on as usual.
If this does not work, you can also press the “master reset” button as shown below.
You can use the end of a paper clip to press the button in the hole.

I have the full Version of Total Video Converter 3.12.
With that programm you need to conert video's in AVI MPEG4.
There are more the archos can read, the programm has over 50 extension optons, I need to find more readable extensions.
