Question about Computers & Internet
I just got a new game, the sims 3, when i installed it, it said my video card was out of date, and didn't support the 2.0 shadder. So we went out and bought a new video card, and had the computer guy put it in, but my cisnet wouldn't accept the video card. the computer guy tried and tried but the computer won't come on, because he thinks the video card is too fast for the slot. but the computer is only three years old, so does that mean if you have an old computer you can't even update a video card?
No, it means the computer guy sold you the wrong card. Get your money back, go to a different, reputable shop.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
