Interwrite was bought by Einstruction tthree years ago and they have all the drivers.

Sharp AM-400 is an old machine. So it's driver is compatible for win xp. To install this driver, right click on the driver file and select troubleshoot compatibility. Then follow on screen instructions. By this method you can rectify 32 bit 64 bit issue.
