Question about Printers & Copiers
I am getting a message on the display screen 'Following output tray is full-remove paper.' I do not see any paper. What could this be referring to?
Hi im jules_09,there must be a small piece of paper stocked at the output tray.see if you can open the front door then full out the fusing unit somtimes paper is stocked in it.then while the fuser or fusing unit is out check the output tray if there is a paper.in the fuser unit check the hotroller or upper roller its a black metal roller that heats up
