Question about Canon T90 35mm SLR Camera

1 Answer

The camera does not snap a picture when I press the flash button. At the time the camera failed to take pictures, I sent a request to the manufacturing company provide the way to get the camera repaired. They provided a cost factor and I prepared to send the camera for repair. I have not been able to contact them again. Any suggestions? I live in Texas. (281-498-1728) is my telephone numer.

Photos are fuzzy

as you take a picture ( scene w/o flash ) slightly press the snap button and wait till red or green box appear, if red box, out of focus. if green box in focus. when green box, make sure you and the focus are very still, then take a clear picture, pressing the button all the way. make sure no shaking as press button either.

Camera fails to flash every time we take a picture

1.Turn off the camera.
2.Install a set of new or fully charged batteries into the camera. then turn it ON
3.Press the Flash Status button to scroll through the flash options until Fill Flash (the lightning bolt icon alone, with no other letter or symbol) is displayed. This forces the camera to use the flash. a86196b.jpg
4.Take a picture. [If flash still doesn't work contact Kodak support line 1 800 235 6325 (23KODAK)]

I have a canon powershot 750

An ideea would be pressing the button a little bit harder and a little bit longer. Most of the cameras have that orange light before the flash(that appears when you press harder on the button) to reduce the red-eye effect in the pictures.
If this doesn't work, look carefully in the manual or the settings of your camera and try to find an option that turns on the flash. Also the type of the picture(indoor, sunny, night etc) can automatically disable the flash.
As a last resort, here is the camera's manual

I believe that's your flash setting. Just press to the left of the Menu/OK button to change the flash setting.

Nothing happens when I press button to snap a picture

its not a great problem. but the thing is
1>>you have been handling it in quite rough manner
2>>the camera must be a very old aged one
3>>must be a faulty piece.

the buttoon has got loose. u wont get charged much for fixing this in service centre. so u its not a big deal to spend few bugs for camera.

Monitor goes black

It always does that while it's powering up the flash again. If you're saying it doesn't come back after a few more seconds, that is a problem. Or maybe by that time, the power saver kicks in. You can tell if the power light starts blinking. Then you just have to press the shutter button again to turn it back on.

80000 snaps

I would think it implies the camera / flash / whatever is still functioning after that many operations (pictures)... of course everything wears out eventually, film, digital cameras and flash too. In this year I may hit 15,000 pictures with my FZ10... I expect the mechanical (zoom, doors, buttons & switches) will last several years. My vivitar 283 flash units may hit 2,000 flashes this year.
