Please check the pipe through which water goes in the machine, there could be a blockage or check for any buttons which block water inlet.

water leak from cold hose nothing to do with other problem. tighten hose connection and fit a new hose washer overfilling probably because air chamber blocked. remove lid. you will see a pressurestat somewhere at the top - usually round with anything from 3 to 7 wires and a small tube underneath. follow hose down and it connects to the air chamber. make sure this is free of gung and check hose for splits and has no blockage. to check the pressure stat itself, attach your own hose to the stat and while machine in fill mode, blow down this hose and you should hear a click and water intake will stop

SOURCE: GE Washing machine cold water barely dribbles in

well the first thing i would do is take the cold line loose from the washer get a large bucket and open the cold line with the hose off and see what kind of pressure there is if very little need a plumber or in crese your well pump pressure check your screen while you have the hose off if all of this is ok id replace the washer water valves

The problem is one of two parts. One is your water temperature switch or your hot water solinoid. To get to the back you must remove the hex screws on the back and then the panel is removeable.

SOURCE: Kenmore Washing Machine - no cold water coming in

most likely cuase would be the inlet valve
you would need the complete model number to make sure you get the right part for that unit.

Wires on motherboard, which way around do the blue and brown wires go to the water level switch? Simpson 22s750 washing machine

There are more than one model of the 22s750, you need to give the full model number. All of the 22s750 models I have seen have wires on plugs. The plug goes in to the water level switch and the other end has a plug that goes on to the circuit board. Do you have seperate wires or have you pulled them out of the plug. Give the full details if you want help.

Cold water fill does it heat to temputure requied?

Hi,

If your washing machine has inlets for both hot and cold water, you should connect both if possible. If you can only connect cold water, the washing machine will still work and heat to the required temperature, but it will need to heat the water in the machine, so the wash cycles will take longer and it will use more energy.

If connecting a hot and cold fill washing machine with cold water only, you will need to connect a Y-Piece for it to work:

belectric_14.jpg
The tail of the "Y" attaches to the cold water valve on your pipework. You then attach both hot and cold water hoses to the branches of the "Y" and connect both hot and cold water hoses to your washing machine.

Please post back if you need further assistance.

Frigidare galllery series washer when i wash sometimes it wont spin and it says E10

Hello, The E10 error code indicates there is no cold water coming into the machine, either this is because the inlet valve is bad or there is a kink in the cold water line or a blockage in the filter screen where the cold hose hooks up to the machine or one of the kids turned the cold water off at the back of the machine :) Either way you should check everything I have listed, If you can't find a blockage replace the inlet valve. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to comment again. Good Luck!! Mike

Water leaking from bottom of frigidare washer

You really don't have to take a panel off, depending on your washer model. All you would have to do, is flip the washer over on its side and check underneath.

Machine stopped taking conditioner

Also, if the solution that you have above doesnt work, some model washers use a computer board to control the flow of water through the dispensers.  Not usually likely that they go bad, but they do.  If cleaning it like the first solution doesnt work, it may be a bad board, bad water control valve (the one that controls dispenser water), or bad timer.  Hope your first solution works for sure, usually does.
