Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
Before it want black it deleted my playlist and acted weird. i havn't had it long and i would be realy upset if its aready broke PLEASE HELP
Your problem was sent a while ago however if it's not been fixed already this could be a boor file corruption. To solve this try and format your mp3 player.
To format using a technique through My computer follow these simple steps below:
First click on "Start" then go to "My Computer" then once your device is connected to the computer look for it on there usually called "Removable Disk" once you've found it "Right-click" on it then click on "Format" allow format to complete and then disconnect your device then with some luck the problem should be fixed.
NOTE: You can also try and using the software that came with the mp3 player to format however i can't provide instructions on how to format using that because i don't use it.
Good luck. Hope my solution was helpful in some way. Further problems just leave a message on here and i will get back to you a.s.a.p..
