The outside edge of all bearings have a maker and bearing number i.e. "NGK2604". Get the number then go to an industrial bearings company. They can look up the bearing and see if it is in stock and if not, they can look up a matching bearing from a different manufacturer i.e. " SAS3107". The actual dimensions will likely be available at the same location. By the way, most people have no idea what you mean by "dogbone". Do you mean the crankshaft main bearings?
