HP Laserjet P2015 uses HP53A Cartridge.Take out the
cartridge and inspect it under torch light. You would notice the line(s) on the green drum. Gently clean its drum/ (green roller) with a dry, soft,
lint-free cloth. The drum is located under a cover which can slide with a little push. Checkout
for any spilled toner inside the printer and clean it also. Print a few
pages so that the parts get further cleaned. I think, this would solve
the issue. Please note that, this step may help temporarily, if the cartridge and its parts are worn out. In that case it is always better to replace the toner cartridge. Moreover, streaks
(thicker lines) and dots etc indicate faulty PCR Roller which is located
just behind the
green drum inside the cartridge. Try to clean it too. It requires a bit of improvisation because it is difficult to clean it fully. If the problem persists, replace the toner cartridge with a genuine one or get
the PCR Roller changed by a professional. If the cartridge is old

Use the following checklist to ensure that the print cartridge is still operable:
Ensure that the print cartridge is seated properly.
Inspect the print cartridge for remaining toner.
Check the expiration date stamped on the print cartridge box.
Check the print cartridge to see if it has been disassembled or refilled.
Inspect the print cartridge to see if toner is leaking through worn seals.
Check the surface of the photosensitive drum in the print cartridge to see if it has been damaged or scratched. Touching the drum contaminates the photosensitive surface and can cause spotting and image defects.
Blurred areas on printed pages indicate that the photosensitive drum in the print cartridge has been overexposed to light. Because overexposure to light causes permanent damage to the photosensitive drum, the cartridge should be replaced.
The HP LaserJet 1100 series printer cannot print to the edge of the paper, to get the image to fit into this printable area, slightly reduce the size of the image.
try this and let me know, also check the status of the toner.
there is two solutions:
1. your toner cartridge is bad
2. laser scanner unit is dirty
- replace toner cartridge
- clear laser scanner unit whit dry cloth very carefully
you can also clean transfer roller whit piece of paper
The toner maybe low and not putting enough toner powder onto the drum.
Remove the toner cartridge and give it a shake, make sure the cartridge is shaken in a level position. Replace the cartridge and do a test print.
If it is still a problem then the photo drum in the toner cartridge is probably faulty, then you need a new toner cartridge/drum.
