sounds like your network settings are set correctly you should contact at&t and they will send you an update directly to yur phone and it will adjust the settings

Sounds like you don't have a text and multimedia messaging plan set up with your wireless provider. But if you do and it still doesn't work I would take it to one of your wireless providers stores, or call them directly.

You must make sure you have internet through your cell phone company.. you may also want to make sure you are not logged in to any IM services on your computers or other hardwares that can use instant messenger...

No, not to my knowledge you can't. I've tried and looked at all the settings and there isn't anything. So unfortunately no signatures for matrix owners..

all you have to do is call ATT and tell them to disable the internet..
if you have the unlimited text, picture, video messaging in your plan.. then disabling the internet will block your daughters from the doing the picture and video messaging..
