My palm centro key pad doesnt work i tried a hard

you probably do have water damage. this happened to me too when my phone was like a month old and i accidentally dropped it in water. you can buy a new keyboard on ebay for like 15 bucks and a t6 screwdriver to take your phone apart and replace the keyboard. or if you have insurance that covers waterdamage you can just get a new phone.
