Where do i get a disk from

If you are looking for drivers:
Based on the make and model of your camera you can download the drivers from the manufacturer website.

Please post the make and model number of your digital camera

Note:Mosf of the camera does not require the drivers, you have to just connect the camera to the computer and change the mode to computer connectivity / mass storage device and then you should be able to access the pictures inside.

If you are looking for Memore cards for your computer, you can buy it online or from any electoronic store.

My camara is a finepix z i can se my photo on the camera but went i conected to my computer nothing happen my phto didnt come out event the computer dindt read the camera and nothing

You need to locate the driver for your camera, In a CD form or direct download form manufacturer website in order to have your laptop read the device you have to tell the laptop what device is attatched either by driver CD, or at fuji website for example.
look up your model on fiji site look for download drivers for your operating system on laptop XP vista etc.. then reboot your computer add the device by connector USB cord then it will see the device OK ? open My computer icon when it starts to see the digital camera icon

My computer wont install my camera and i dont have the disk for i

Connect the camera to your PC
Even if it fails, open Device Manager
Locate the camera or "unknow device"
go to proprieties
click details
copy Vendor ID number and Device ID number
go here:
PCIDATABASE
do a search with that vendor id and then by device id
you'll find the correct driver OR at least the manufacturer, etc...

How do I get my web cam to work it wont let me have people see me & I can't see them help please my son is in Iraq & I really want to see him. Thanks Kathleen Zwicker

like for any device you plug into your computer, you need to install drivers so the computer knows what to do with them and you get to use them as expected... also once the driver is installed you may need to configure the program to start using the device.

try the following

1. install the device driver: your device (if bought new) should've come with a cd or a floppy disk that contains software and drivers. follow the instructions to install driver and device.

2. if you think you have installed the device driver check it's properly installed:
on xp: go to start>run>type devmgmt.msc
on vista: start>type device manager and click on device manager
...then look under imaging devices... your camera should show up and make sure there's no ! sign next to it.. if there's a ! next to it.. your driver needs to be installed or updated.. go to the manufacturers website and download an updated driver. uninstall the current driver and reinstall the new driver.
if you don't see the device but you see something that says unknown device with a ? next to it.. that's most likely your camera been unrecognized by your pc (your pc your put something in it but since there are no drivers it does not know what the device is or how to work with it..

3. assuming you intalled the driver and everything looks fine.. configure the device: I'm assuming you are using msn. so open msn, open a window to start chatting with your buddy and at the top and to the right of the activity bar there is a botton to show a menu.. click on it and go into >tools>audio and video setup and follow the wizard instructions to get msn to work with your new and installed camera.

if your camera did not come with a cd or a floppy you still need the drivers to work with it.. ask the person that sold the camera or go into the webcam manufacturer website and look for drivers.. if you need help, post details (make and model) of your camera and we'll try to help you..
now.. depending how old the camera is and if you're using vista you may not be able to get a driver to work with your camera and operating system, in which case you may be better off buying a webcamera that is vista-ready or you may have to wait for drivers to become avaliable for your camera, in which case it may take a while.
