It'd be a problem with the inside of the phone from when you dropped it, you'll probably have to do a warranty claim (if you have extended warranty) or just buy a new phone.
i may have fixed it. i have the same problem with my Casio Type-S on getting stuck on registering applications. i found that as soon as your keyboard lights up right before phone vibrates hold down the clear and the power button at the same time as soon as the keyboard lights up. it will for some reason by pass the app and work. but i had to keep doing it every time i turned my phone off and back on.

Remove that battery and use the hair dryer with out the heat to dry up the water traces inside. else it will short and burn something. Do it for atleast fifteen minutes. Then power on the phone.
o well all you have to do is go to the store and then they will send you a new one and they will take yours to be looked at and make sure you didnt drop to hard or anything and then they will let you keep the new one and they will take your old one i hope i helped!
These phones are terrible, they cant withstand anything, i dropped my phone and the keyboard stopped working. I have the same problem with the vibrate, the whole phone sounds like it is chattering. You would have to bring it to a service center and see if they can tighten it, if not you have to get a new one
There's no cure, it's dead, sorry. Water and mobiles don't go together. Give it a worthy burial, say a few nice words and let it go gently to the heavens where mobile souls go.
Try a Nokia next. They are certainly better than LG.
There is some pieces on the board inside your phone you broke off when you dropped it.
It will need to be fixed by a technician. Hopefully you didnt brake the flex cable. Have them check the cable before doing anything else.
